Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 72 hours of expected arrival will be issued a full refund.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of expected arrival,

a cancellation fee of one room night fee and tax will be assessed. Please call River Oaks Courts at 830-246-2222 should you need to cancel within the

24-hour window. 

 

Pet Policy: 

Pets are not permitted in the cottages.  Bringing an unauthorized pet into a cottage will result in a minimum $150 cleaning fee.  Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, or loss of revenue if the cottage cannot be rented.  Unauthorized pets may also result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
