Wellness Retreat

Join us for a relaxing weekend of nature, yoga, and meditation. Guided nature walks in Lost Maples State Natural Area with Laura Levy of Busy-Birding.com and guided yoga and sound mediation sessions with humblingBlooms Yoga and Soundbath Meditation. Day 1: Arrival and Check In

 

 

Plan to arrive as early as 4 pm to get acquainted with your room and explore the property. Join us for dinner at our on-site restaurant and enjoy a relaxing evening as you settle in. Check out on Day 4 is as late as 12 pm.

Day 2: Yoga & Soundbath Meditation

humblingBlooms' Amanda Thuente will begin the Yoga session at 10:15 AM. Afterward, we will enjoy a lunch break at The Art House Café. Following lunch, Soundbath Meditation is scheduled to start at 1:15 PM.

Day 3: Nature Walk at Lost Maples State Natural Area

Busy-Birding's Laura Levy will set off for the Nature Walk at 8 AM. After the walk, take the opportunity to spend the day relaxing or discovering the property; including our Native Plant Garden.
